Digital Effects Images

In the early 1980s, I rented time on a computer paint system, Video Palette, at Digital Effects in New York City. Later, I used Vision, a digital graphics animation program, written in APL, to create a model of DaVinci's Vetruvian man and a grid with a neon alphabet font. Looking back, I realize that I was trying to make computer art that looked like traditional mediums, such as pastels and paint in the style of pointallism.
